i was born in norway , dec 4 1977 around 10 am . i have no idea where my life is going . i am currently
undertaking a fine arts degree and am constantly ( mentally and physically ) in a rut.if you could help me

In general, Art students get little sympathy from society...so I'm sure that part of what you're suffering from is a kind of collective Jesse Helms problem. The unconscious attitudes of the people around us genuinely affect us, and let's face it... the modern attitude is that art is fine only if somebody has, or is willing to pay a lot of cash for it...and generally that artists are indolent, pretentious fakers and parasites on public funding.
The real problem, however, is that you're responsible for your own life...and when it's in a rut...as our lives generally tend to get, at times...the downward momentum doesn't feel very good, regardless of your vocation.
The good news, astrologically, is that you're not going to be there very long. The bad news is that the reason is a Pluto passage. Pluto has been flirting with your natal Sun for the last year and will finally drop the other shoe and conjunct your Sun in December. Expect to be dealing with this enormously powerful transit for the next 2 years.
There's wonderful information out there on the significance of such a transit. (Steve Forrest's book on Pluto is excellent.) Suffice it to say that you're going through a particularly difficult and (likely) frightening rite of passage. It's meant to change you from the inside out, and resisting...wishing that it would go away or get easier is useless. You're meant to be going through difficulties now to force you to really wake up to another view of the world. Not a cynical one...but a more mature one. Sagittarius is concerned with getting the Big Picture. Your's is fated to be ENORMOUS. But you've got to cooperate or it will just turn you into mush.
Your chart is very much about extraversion. You're probably very adverse to spending time alone. This is part of the process now...time to look inside and see what's really there. You'll be surprised by what you find. Pluto guarantees that. By the way...it's a great time to be making Angry Art. Getting all of the bile and anger and resentment out of your insides and into your medium. If you do it consciously, it can really transform your Psyche. This is realy a prolonged period that resembles an Eclipse of the Sun. In Alchemy, it's the equivalent of stuff that's necessary to produce gold. Without the Nigredo...the darkening, depressing period...you're stuck with nothing but Quaker Oats...a life as bland and boring as overcooked oatmeal.
Once this period is over, Pluto is going to be conjuncting your natal Neptune. The practical work you do now to change your viewpoint will prepare you to really prosper during the time of this next passage. Neptune is all about artistic Inspiration. Expect to be exploring and documenting some very exciting and scary visions in the next century. Of course if you decide to go the oatmeal route, I'd say that you might prosper in the business of re-creating corporate logos by maybe...painting moustaches on them.
