Subject: question about personalizing these daily readings

I enjoy your daily readings of the zeitgeist, and they are very

inspiring, especially in the encouragement to remember our dreams (I

don't often do so because I have a terrible memory). I read today's

interpretation and found more reference to astrological placements than

usual, which helps me because I've started studying astrology with a

woman in town. But I wonder how best to utilize your daily

interpretations in conjunction with what I know about my natal chart.

It seems that not everyone can be experiencing the healing in the same

way, for example, but I wish we could (since I could use a lot of it).

This is an excellent question but it's one that I suppose we could all wrestle with forever and never come up with any single, best answer. On the one hand...only a completely personalized reading of the daily transits as they apply to your birthchart could really give you as much information as you perhaps might like. On the other hand...using your Intuition...which is the main tool of astrologic interpretation (astronomical data aside) requires you to trust that particular sense which you simply cannot categorize numerically, rationally, logically or even statistically. I begin my interpretations from the basic studying I've done concerning the nuts and bolts of astrology. But then I completely rely on my Intuition to piece that information together and tell me what it means. It's very much like the interpretation of dreams. The nuts and bolts of astrology is only one of the things you will get from your teacher. Using your Intuition...learning to sense with it and to trust the information it gives you...that's the invaluable lesson she can provide. It should be like learning to ride a bicycle. One day, your dad has let go of the bike and you didn't know you were riding solo until you turned back to smile at him. Intuitive teachers are not always so readily available. One way to nurture the Intuitive function is to simply pay attention to it. Honor and acknowledge your dreams and the waking synchronicities you witness. Paying attention to Astrology is just one part of that nurturing process. Perhaps you could use the daily readings I do as a kind of testing the waters for yourself. To sense whether your Intuition is picking up the zeitgeist in the same way as I do. Undoubtedly it does...but because we are all individuals...you may find that you are more sensitive to certain elements than I am. Psyche is looking to emphasize your own unique qualities...and will sensitize you to notice and heal those issues that most concern you (even if you're reading something written for everyone...as the stars really do shine upon us all). Don't forget that interpreting your own chart...like interpreting your own dreams...is the most difficult task in astrology. It literally takes a lifetime because it contains the seeds of your entire life. Look at each day and know that if you pay even the smallest bit of attention...you will be growing and healing and learning about everything that truly matters.
